How does the Enterprise plan work?

Enterprise is for teams that need SAML SSO (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace), SCIM 2.0 provisioning, BYOK (bring your own AI provider keys), IP allowlists, audit logs, shared workspaces with S3-backed team gallery, and data retention policies. Pricing is custom — based on seat count, AI volume, and provider routing. Contact sales for a quote and a 30-minute discovery call.

What counts as one AI query?

Any prompt you send to the AI assistant — for example, asking SuperBased to explain a screenshot, summarize a document, or rewrite text — counts as one query. Each query is subject to our fair-use input and output limits described in the Terms.

What happens when I hit my daily limit?

You'll see a friendly message in the AI panel and AI calls will be paused until the next 24-hour reset. All other features (capture, editor, OCR, voice dictation, gallery) keep working as normal.

Do free users get the same features as Pro?

Yes — every capture, editor, voice, OCR, MCP, and headless CLI feature is available on Free. Pro adds higher daily AI quota, automated recording profiles, session diff, exports, AI-powered frame narration, and priority support.

Does the npm package require an account?

No. npm install -g superbased gives you 72 MCP tools — capture, OCR, gallery, recording, visual diff, token compression, voice dictation, and the full GUI automation suite (click, type, scroll, drag, sequence orchestration with humanization) — with no sign-in required. Sign in only unlocks cloud AI vision and transcription. Local-first AI stack (Ollama routing + offline dictation) is on the near-term roadmap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard and you'll keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. After that you'll automatically drop to the Free plan with no data loss. See our refund policy for details.

Do I need to be online to use SuperBased?

No — capture, editing, OCR, gallery, and voice dictation all work offline. Only the AI features (chat, image analysis, transcription cleanup) require an internet connection.

Is my data private?

Captures stay on your device. AI prompts are forwarded through our backend to the model provider only when you trigger them. We don't train on your data. See our privacy policy.
