Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for the SuperBased Pro plan, operated by Gaja AI Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Free Plan

The SuperBased Free plan does not require payment and can be used indefinitely at no cost. No cancellation or refund applies to the Free plan.

2. Cancellation of Pro Subscription

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your SuperBased Pro subscription at any time by:

• Managing your subscription through your account settings at accounts.superbased.app
• Contacting us at contact@marmut.app

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your Pro subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to all Pro features until the billing period ends
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan with its associated limits
• Your existing screenshots, recordings, and data will not be deleted, but gallery and recording limits of the Free plan will apply

2.3 No Partial Refunds on Cancellation

If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days. You retain full access to Pro features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Seven-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial Pro subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with SuperBased Pro within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

3.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please email us at contact@marmut.app with:

• Your account email address
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

3.3 Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

3.4 Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Accidental duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the product

3.5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund window without exceptional circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with third-party AI provider responses (AI output quality depends on the provider and model you configure)
• Issues caused by your own hardware, operating system, or network configuration
• Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal

4. Subscription Renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. We will not send reminder emails before renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can check your next billing date in your account settings.

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the price change applies.

6. Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial for the Pro plan, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
