SuperBased is made by Santosh Kathira, solo founder of Gaja AI Private Limited.
I built SuperBased because I was spending an embarrassing amount of time typing paragraphs to AI tools describing what was on my screen. Two screenshots, three terminal windows, a network tab, the broken UI — and a 200-word prose essay glued together so Claude could understand the bug.
The first version was just multi-region capture and merge-to-GIF. Then voice dictation. Then headless mode with an MCP server, because if I'm going to expose my screen to one AI, I might as well expose it to all of them. Then the GUI automation suite, because once your AI can see your screen, the next obvious thing is letting it drive it. Then humanization, because trajectory classifiers exist. Then Observer, because nobody told me Sonnet's long-context tier was 2× until my Anthropic bill arrived.
I work on this full-time. I respond to every support email myself, usually within 24 hours. If you find a bug, ship feedback, or want to talk about something the docs don't cover — please write.
SuperBased is built and maintained by Gaja AI Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. We exist to make AI-assisted development less of a typing exercise and more of a showing-and-driving exercise.
Registered in India. Single-product focus: SuperBased + SuperBased Observer.
Build-in-public weekly updates, release notes, behind-the-scenes posts, and the occasional rant about Win32 input synthesis.
Your screenshots stay on your device. Your AI provider keys are encrypted with OS-level secure storage. Your activity logs live in ~/.superbased/audit.log and you can cat them yourself.
We tell you what humanization can and can't defeat. We tell you which competitor wins on which axis. We don't claim "AI fixes everything" because it doesn't. Security page + comparisons.
Bug reports get responses within 24 hours. Features ship weekly. There is no support tier, no escalation queue — just the founder reading every message.
Bug reports, feature requests, integration questions, or just feedback on the docs — all welcome. The fastest way to reach me is X DM or email.
