End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Gaja AI Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SuperBased on devices permitted by your subscription plan.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
• You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

The software and all related intellectual property remain the property of Gaja AI Private Limited. Your content (screenshots, recordings, notes) belongs to you.

4. Third-Party Services

SuperBased integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.

5. Updates

The software may automatically download and install updates. You consent to receiving updates as part of your use of the software.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
